Carlos Nolasco

Chamo-me Carlos Nolasco. Sou natural de Serpa, no Baixo Alentejo e vivo em Coimbra. Tenho formação académica em Sociologia e sou investigador de Ciências Sociais. Mais do que um passatempo, para mim, a fotografia é uma forma de olhar e ver, ter uma perceção do mundo e da sociedade. / My name is Carlos Nolasco. I was born in Serpa, in the south of Portugal, and I live in Coimbra. I have academic education in Sociology and I’m a researcher in Social Sciences. For me, more than a hobby, photography is one way to look and see, have a perception of the world and society.

Não é minha intenção tirar fotografias de forma pretensiosa. Simplesmente levo a máquina fotográfica comigo, e fotografo de acordo com a ocasião e a oportunidade. As fotografias expostas neste photoblog foram tiradas em múltiplos contextos, desde viagens de férias, ambientes familiares, no trabalho, na rua, em teatros, entre outros. Se considero as fotografias interessantes, serão colocadas aqui. / It is not my intention to take photographys of pretentious way. I just take my camera with me as many times as I can and shoot accordingly to the occasion, mood and opportunity. The photography’s exhibited in this photoblog were taken in multiple contexts, from holiday trips, family environments, at work, in the street, theaters, among other places. If I consider interesting some of these photographys, then they will be uploaded here.
